Terms of Service

1. Services

Ihsan Systems provides custom-built AI automation systems for small businesses. Services include but are not limited to: AI front desk and lead capture systems, speed-to-lead automations, client onboarding workflows, appointment scheduling systems, reputation management, and related automation consulting.

Each engagement is scoped individually. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price are documented in a project proposal or service agreement provided before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

• A one-time build fee is due upfront before work begins.
• An ongoing monthly retainer covers platform costs, monitoring, and optimization.
• All fees are as quoted in the project proposal. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
• Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. No Revenue Guarantee

Ihsan Systems does not guarantee specific revenue results, lead volumes, conversion rates, or business outcomes. We build and optimize systems based on best practices and your business inputs. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer quality, pricing, and sales process.

4. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel the ongoing monthly retainer with 30 days written notice. The build fee is non-refundable once work has begun. Upon cancellation, you retain access to any systems built during the engagement, subject to your own platform subscriptions.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the workflows, automations, and configurations built for your business. Ihsan Systems retains the right to describe the general nature of work completed (e.g., in case studies) without disclosing confidential business details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ihsan Systems' liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
